is this the guy?

That's one of his new ID's and he sold a Datsyuk a couple weeks ago (under the parkhurst_cards account)with coincidentally enough - the matching half of the Reebok logo. Unfortunately he deleted the photo as soon as the auction ended.

I'll back up what Darren is saying. I'm doing the set and was going to bid on the Datsyuk before Darren let me know about parkhurst_cards. Damn near a perfect match to the front half RBK swatch used in the Datsyuk.

Stay far, far away.

Thanks guys! I thought I'd remembered correctly that this was the guy. I appreciate the help. PASS on this auction.

i was bored so i sent him this message

could I get you to block me from bidding on your auctions please. Since you are a known fake patch seller and known for having multiple user names it would be easiest if you just blocked me, that way I wouldnt accidetally bid on your handy work
thanx in advance

That was way to nice of a message. It was so very polite and eloquent but at the same time so much slap in the face. He deserved it, he is ruining this hobby for everyone.

It's one of the few bad experiences I've had in a long time. I figured that getting into this set would more than likely unearth a few fakes but it does get to be a bit much. Hope something is done in the future; pics of The Cup from this past year has helped but there is still so much to be done.

I swear I saw this exact card when the product was released.

I'm not sure if it's legit or not but I really don't find these Reebok patches that spectacular, there were so many RBK patches in the Cup and Ultimate in 08/09 that they get boring after awhile.

I bought a 06/7 Brodeur Limited Logos from this toolbox.

I paid, my money was refunded and the seller ("Mike") claimed that it had been stolen. Yeah right. At least I got my money back - I now believe that our friend the patch faker, who knows me by name, saw my shipping info and may have had a change of heart lol...

Darren also let me know who I was dealing with... stay in a galaxy far, far away.

I'd sure like to see a pic of it or something since you seem to recall you've seen that exact card when the product was released.
For some reason I remember you doubting (in another thread) that they might not be faked patches and would of like to see some "before" shots of the cards, just as proof. There are plenty of people here who know what he has done in terms of all the fake patching, he got busted doing it, people have had actual conversations with him, others have linked these most recent accounts to him and you still seem to bring doubt into any thread that involves this guy.

You sure you seriously recall this card that was mentioned above.....

Hmmmmmmmm......

did anyone see the other patches he has and funny enough he lives 30 minutes in the next city from me i should call one of my detective friends downtown

I was about too comment about this monkey in the other thread with his full name but I will do it here. The catalyst was the stuff I see him selling now, STILL at it because nothing has happened too him and criminals stop at nothing.

Keep takings shots at this baboon, he somehow reads these comments on here about him and finds pleasure in doing so. I find that sick and demented.

He still frequents a hobby shop which I will not name and that's where I saw him. That's how I know he reads this stuff about himself, he said something too me like "oh yeah if you have anything too say just post it on hobby insider Jayman." Keep taking shots at me man, you've already been knocked out.

I should have asked him Hey Kenny (Oh I'm sorry, you like too be called Mike now) How does it feel to be banned from a social and fun event called a "Card Show?."

You will likely not see him selling any 08-09 The Cup cards because of the wonderful archive Gomaz established. And yes, he has it figured out, once the auction ends the picture is gone because the link used in his photo-bucket links to a deleted picture.

I seriously don't know what too say, he is knowingly screwing people out of their hard earned money still.

I purchased these two right after the product was released. As far as I can tell they're the two halves of the same patch. They're numbered 9/25 and 10/25.

I knew i recalled seeing that. Probably drooling on Rabbitys Liddy collection lol! I gotta wonder how much more he makes destroying a $50 jersey? Probably uses several cards to 1 jersey. This just stinks, I decided to spend my coin on high end patches opposed to breaking boxes. And Wings swatches to boot, they're always (almost) 2c!!

Careful you all! He's at it again with THIS Joe Thornton Limited Logos.

Here is a sample of what this area of the Sharks logo is SUPPOSED to look like.

-Notice the white part: on the real logo its "grainy and textured". Although it is hard to tell because the "supersized" picture is about as small as the original picture in the auction for the fake card -- its NOT the same material.

-Blue outline of the logo is too thick on the fake card.

---Can't say where it came from, but it didn't come from a game used Sharks sweater :|
