Is UD Champs a dud?

I liked it.

I would have liked it more if I'd see far more variety in the autographs. Hell, they don't all need to be gems, but seeing guys pull six to eight of the same scrub out of a case....that's inexcusable.

I was not a fan of the minis as I had no way to storing them safely. It's hard enough with all the different card thicknesses but now I got to worry about length and width?

Ultra Pro 15 pocket pages fit perfectly for the minis as well. My shop had some in stock when I grabbed my boxes, it worked out awesome. Its a set that really looks great in a binder - especially the Natural History part.

I've heard the admixture is poor but I love the dinosaur and prehistoric stuff. A Tyrannosaurustooth can't go wrong Once again I think it cost too much, not neccesarily compared to the rest of UDs lineup but for any product where you can pickup 4-5 times more worth of cards I'd pass on ripping anything.

I have to say it is really interesting to me. Being a fisherman I am trying to find all of the fish based mini's. I alos busted a box at the recent Big One and was lucky to hit a mamoth femur. I think the product was pretty cool but I have to say I was the only one I know of that busted a box of it at the Big One out of att the HI guys that we hung out with. I sweat BTP was at about a 20:1 ratio of boxes busted compared to Champs. I woudl have thought that Champs would have been busted more but it was notmeant to be. I love it though
