have stupid question. do you wash game worn jerseys ?
this one smells so bad that my wife will throw me out with it as soon as she finds out, which won't be long after she enters the house. yes, its that bad.

plus, lets see your game worn jerseys from vancovuer.

Don't wash it but I would hang out outside(while watching it of course) for a bit and let it air out. Nice pickup BTW.

Very nice Gejza! Definitely don't wash that jersey...the odor will eventually go away - maybe months from now...but it will go away. I closed mine in a box full of those fabric softener sheets you use in a clothes dryer and that did the trick.

nice jersey,i love the Country jerseys.i use Lysol on my hockey gear and leave it outside for a bit.it kills the germs that cause that lovely body odor/death stench.:dead:

As long as the jersey doesn't get rained on sure clothesline might be good...but maybe non-scented Febreeze too? That might do the trick.

Either way...cool jersey :)

anybody ever take their jersey to the dry cleaners?

I mean they are the professionals right? so they should be able to manage cleaning a hockey jersey without mangling it.

Man, I thought they would at least sanitize it being selling it to you.

hey guys, thanks for tips and comments. i am already working on getting that smelly thing clean. and will probably get it framed. my wife said "NO" . she is ok with paintings but jersey ? well, we will have to work that out somehow.
