Has anyone ever seen this before? In the event the links don't work, check out items #120790002929 and #370548471203. I understand mistakenly patching cards with the wrong patches, but 2 of the same card?

first link scan is blurry. i know the auction states it as 28/249 but its possible it might be 23/249. not all ebay sellers look at the card and instead go off the picture when listing their auctions.

Hard to see in the blurry pic Kev---tough call...but either way good catch.If my memory serves me correct ; in 08-09 wasn't there a mix up with either filatov, or voracek cup rc black 1/1? With 2 1/1 rc's being out live...? Can't remember/

It was Filatov that had 2 Black 1/1 cards. Yes the first scan is blurry but when you view it enlarged it sure looks like it says 28.

Sure looks like two #28's to me, pretty weird.

Looks like there are more than 250 of The Cup RC out there. Somebody should buy them and sue UD. Wasn't there something like that with Topps a few years ago... how much was the payout ? I can't remember...
