why are the jersey windows so different? Any idea's?

I believe that smaller window SPGU is from Walmart/Target/Meijer "Guaranteed one GU card per pack" packs like the Mogilnys below. Those seem to be made of totally random cards from different sets and no info can be found on them. Checked ebay and Chara is the only 05-06 SPGU I saw.
