Jaroslav Halak pc update

Well it's been over a year since my first show of Halak habs cards. It's been a ton of fun waiting and knocking cards off the wantlist!
Here's what's new until my comc package gets here

Excellent cards!

I always have a soft spot for Halak as back when I was in high school, I was already raving about him and his sick numbers in the ECHL/AHL back in 2005-06. Here we are in 2021-22 and Halak is still a full-time NHLer, 541 games deep into a very good career!

I am happy to own his NHL debut in my own collection and it is nice to see it in photos on a few of your cards (Flair and Artifacts rookies)!

Halak is a fairly underatted goalie and I've enjoyed watching him over the years as well. That spark with the Habs way back when was fun to watch. Remember the media circus on Price vs Halak on who should stay or go? Good times.

I remember it vividly and still wonder what we could have received for Price in a trade haha
Being downtown after those playoffs wins was pretty cool

It's quite different chasing those rookies compared to my usual Selanne inserts, so a nice change of pace, thanks!

Great pick ups! I'm missing a bunch of those for my Caps RC PC. I wouldn't sweat it over the corners of the Exclusives; not everything is going to come back a Pristine 10, especially from 13 years ago.

I still think had he stayed in Montreal and Price been moved that he would have great success there, as Price would have had as well.

I mean, none of the two really had a bad or even mediocre career by any means. Both got to Stanley Cup Finals, won awards and played 500+ games.
