Joe Juneau jersey card?

Do Joe Juneau have a jersey card? I loved watching him play and decided to pick up a few of his cards but can't find any jersey or patch cards which is certainly odd for a popular player.

I seem to recall he had one in a Pacific product back in the day. Might even have been in a McDonalds release, from his time in Washington maybe?
