Crazy!

[phate]

Hmm I'm tempted to list my Roy purple, although it is only a season version...

That's an insane amount of cash for that card. Just shows you that some old inserts are in higher demand than most game used cards!

[Kariya44]

Looks like biggerbadderwolf went crazy.

[Andromedan]

Also there are some 00-01 SPx Spectrum on the bay that run higher than BV!

[PenaltyMan]

*Norm MacDonald voice* Note to self: Buy older cards of defunct producer.

[canuck2424]

I sold a BURE Epix Green Season card for 100 US. BV 25,

If you look, all of them go well above BV, I would hope there would be an up arrow eventually in beckett

mark

[ZP9]

Another reason is, people don't actually know what the real value of these is, they take the multiplier as a multiplier to the orange card and not the Pinnacle base card like it should be.

[Andromedan]

I think it´s nice to see, that older cards are in focus since there are not too many new sets out there!

[PenaltyMan]

If only my pacific parallels sold this well

[TurcoCollector3]

I am actually going after the Epix cards right now. Just bought 12 of them the past 2 days. That doens't help too much though

[suitman19]

Actually - he is closing in on the COMPLETE set.

And this has been a 4 year LONG quest.
When I had thoughts of doing the set - ceskylev was the BIGGEST pain in my back side. He has sopent big $$ on this set and I can guarantee that hje needs no more than 1-3 cards to get it done.

Folks - this set is darn near impossible to put together. Say what you want about Pinnacle and backdooring and so on but the Emerald Moments and a couple of the Emerald Season's for certain players are TOUGH!!!

On the other hand - if someone wants some...........
my PM is at hand.

[No No No.....The other Steve]

ceskylev has at least 5 Emerald Moment Fedorov's. It's at the point where I refuse to bid on them once I see his name on it. I only need that, the emerald season and purple game. I've only even seen one emerald season but about 10 moments.

[suitman19]

Wow - Steve you mean you only need the Season Emerald and the Game Purple Of Feds to complete your set????

I guess you will have to email me then........ and be nice!!!!!!

Bruce

[No No No.....The other Steve]

And the Moment emerald too. Have you been holding out on me Bruce??? You have mail!!

[Fritz]

I wonder if I should list my old donruss and leaf master sets?

back when there were the double sided all stars, studio signatures, special print, yadda yadda yadda

[suitman19]

I never even considered those feds steve.

I had planned to keep building the set. But I sold off most of the roy collection to a Roy nut ( you know who) and sold the Brodeur complete set to a Brodeur fiend and I guess they are going to go to aucrtion now - after I saw those prices!!!

But the Feds are for you!!!
And the COMPLETE Stevie Y set will - of course - stay with me!!!
