Nice card! I think you are safe to assume it is legit.

the only reason why i have doubt is because of the effect of the yellow part on the blue oval. It seems like it is superpose on the cards (it is really printed on it). The yellow oval part is also not perfectly round.

I have the Dionne in hands, and the effect of superposition isn't so evident.

Based on your scan it is real. Others noted the classic OPC rough cut and it is off-centered as well. Still a nice card.
