LIL Help Canadian Ebay won a card. need US Addreess

I just won a huge card for my PC and need help getting it. I have a friend who lives in Bangor ME and I thought I could have the card mailed to him after I pay for it. Nope wont happen any idea's on how I can use my PayPal with a Canadian Address and get it shipped to Bangor ME. I have sent a message to the seller I hope he reconsiders and mailing North.

You can set him up as an address in PayPal. I have a couple users on here set up as various addresses.
