Not too sure what that one is out of but I have a numbered and and unnumbered version of the Turco/Modano.... I will see if I can find a good picture of both.

It means that one came out of replacement stock.

I'm not 100% certain but I believe that one was number originally out of 14 but don't hold me to that. That number seems to pop to mind for that one in particular.
