Hello,

I'm making a list of the expiration dates of the redemptions in the various hockey produsts.

I'm looking for you help. As I'll get more dates, I'll update the original post.

just a note for panini products. i had an expired redemption and sent @paninicsm on twitter a message about it. they told me that as long as the code goes through on their website, they'll either send the redemption card or a suitable replacement.

dont know if this is the right topic to ask. If not Im sorry. But is it possible to find somewhere which cards in specific products came out as redemptions?

Im planning to buy 2010-11 Luxury Suite. The money is good, but Im not sure if they were full of redemptions.

I bought a Luxury Suite box a couple of months ago. Pulled an AU RC redemption that was expired. I entered the code in their website, and my redemption is now listed as pending.
 
Boxes with redemption cards should clearly state on the cover the date and terms. I love press pass and panini for honoring expired cards. Ud and topps don't. I bought an UFC box : the 2 hits were redemptions which expired a few months before. Shame.
 
2012-13 Upper Deck Series 1 Rookie Redemptions

Does anyone know if Upper Deck is still honoring these? The last time I had something that was less than a year past the expiration date they did honor them (2008-09 Ultra Rookie Redemptions)

I think this expired in Oct of 2014. Any info on this is appreciated before I go digging through the box it is in to try to find it.

Thanks Brian for moving this thread. I didn't really see any information regarding this specific set on the link you provided, or at the top of the thread.

Just an update. I called Upper Deck Customer Service and they said that they would try to honor the redemption card. I had to email the card code and my address.

Will keep people posted if/when I get a response.

Anyone want to update this with 2012-13 products. Upper Deck Series 1 expired in November of last year, but they still redeemed the card for me.

I just got off the phone with an Upper Deck CS rep who told me UD is now extending all redemptions expiry dates by one full year? She said the customer must email the redemption code to [email protected], as the computer system will not honour them.

I have emailed QA (along with a couple UD muckity mucks) for written conformation of this and will let you know when I receive it.

I've talked to a CSR from UD and was told the same thing. Already had a few redemptions go through. Only thing is, you can't see them in your UD redemption account. Kind of just have to take their word on it...
 
Updating this - just got an email from QA at Upper Deck:

"Hi Wayne,

Yes we can honor an expired redemption within one year from the expiration date. Please provide the redemption codes to assist with this matter.

Thanks,"

So there you go - have at the 13-14 product, I guess!
 
How about my favorite kick in the crotch from UD (since the 2006-07 Beehive Gold thing):

I notice this list does not have Artifacts on it, which was scheduled for a Sept. 1, 2016 expiration date. Anyone know if that was extended? I have email QA at UD to find out if no one knows, but I won't hear from them until Monday (or whenever).
