little help from flyers fans

hello guys, i'm looking for a checklist of 2005-06 Choice Sportscards 2005 Flyers Team Issue but can't find it anywhere online.

according to the manufacturer (choicesportscards.com/Flyers-News-Release.html) the checklist is printed on the back of the first (team logo) card.

please let me know if you either have the card or know the checklist.
