I've seen the toews before. I always thought it was something somebody erased the original auto on and wrote "TOEWS #19" themselves. Does it say 1/1 anywhere on the card?

It does not say on the card that it is 1/1 unfortunately. Upper Deck back in the day said that he and Kane each did one. I guess I can always email them too.

That is an odd Toews for sure, didn't know that they each did one. I'd email UD for confirmation so you have that.
