NOT PERMITTED TO TRADE
Well First off, MANY Thanks to Tracy on the Panini blog, I pointed out a minor error on a card, back in early November. A couple of days after returning from the Expo I have a Fedex package awaiting me from Panini America....
Just goes to show how much Customer service differs from one company to another, UD made an error on some of thier cup 1/1's, but "they let it slide to see if collectors could spot it"....RIGHT.....
Panini America...not only fixes the error...but sends you the card for FREE!!!
THAT'S Customer service and beyond!!!

Next up, time to give Upperdeck some serious credit. It took a while but they honored a couple expired redemptions for me.
First up 06/07 Parkhurst Butch Bouchard auto, recived exact card.
Second, I had a redemption for a 08/09 UD SPA triple auto /25 of Saku Koivu/Alex Tanguey/Chris higgins which I was told was never made, told them to just send another triple in it's place. I was'nt to concerned about player selection since it does'nt get more rough then the acutal card would've been had it been made.
Recived this one(which I believe was never packed out and sells fairly well)
