Sorry I missed this question. I usually go case by case. If I can make 30% after fees, I'd be happier than Ryan O'Reilly right about now.

I also take averages of last completed sales to come up with pricing.

I've gotten used to Zoom/Facetime calls which is wayyy faster and easier to come up with a solve.

Some of my regular guys just send me texts of images/comps and we go from there.
