Lost Or Stolen Card

Well I hate to say this but we have a card either lost or stolen. Here is a scan of the card. And the transaction thread is below it. This is the first time I have ever had a card I ship not show up. So I already left feedback for the member but he was wondering how he should go about leaving feedback for me. I offered to ship him the card I got from him back but He kindly declined. So we would like what the HI community thinks?

^Same card as above I just took a photo to show the yellow color as my scanner doesn't like that color

Not really sure what you want anyone to say. Too bad it was lost and was nice of the other person to cut you a break. If he didn't leave you any feedback at all, that might be best.
