Hey Guys,
Not sure where the best place to put this was. Do you think we could make a low end section to trade base cards?
I was thinking it could have some rule exemptions like: letting the traders ship in recycled toploaders and PWE's to save on costs. I would hate to spend $3.50 on shipping to trade my 1992 UD Dale Elliott for someone's 1990 OPC Peter Ing.
Is anyone else interested in this?
