I'm also a autograph collector, but I don't specialise in hockey. I collect autos from all different sports and some films / TV too ........... but I love seeing other peoples collecting habits.
I've scanned one of my custom TTM auto cards - this is towards my ever expanding netminder collection ;
This is goalie Trevor Koenig who plays over here in the UK - used to play in North America.
I send a custom index card and then make a cut auto style card with additional layers - so far I've had some pretty good NHL successes ( Johnny Bower, Gump Worsley, Miikka Kiprusoff, Alex Auld, Kari Lehtonen )
My biggest problem is the cost per attempt for me - it works out at around $5 each attempt, which is great when I get a success ....... but it sucks when I get nothing back
Anyway, keep up the good work - if you ever go hounding and don't know what to get signed, I'm working on a signed 99/00 UD MVP set and could use some help
