Mail and More Praise for HI Members...

Hey Guys,

Got a few additions to my PC this week, so figured I'd warm up the scanner and share the loot.

First up, my good buddy Naim (bouwmeester4) very kindly sent me some Hometown Heroes cards that I needed, Naim thanks buddy, I owe you ....

Next up, I (finally ) received a package from Bruce (meatmancgy), this was a thank you for sending him some good old UK Chocolate
Bruce sent me some Candy and this beauty....

I won this next card on the 'bay, and in doing so I accidently sniped my very good friend, Barrie (Prime)

Rob Blake Beehive Matte Parallel....

and as usual I'll finish up with my latest Patrick O'Sullivan pick-ups....

This first card came to me from the 'bay via Steve (Quincy), the Seller wouldn't ship overseas, so Steve kindly stepped in and made the purchase, then shipped the card to me. Thanks Steve ....

and finally, I'll finish up with a positive ebay experience , I won this card on the 'bay....

The Seller made a mix up and shipped me another card by mistake, he contacted me before the card arrived and once it arrived I duly returned it. The Seller then said that to thank me for my honesty he'd include an extra card with my Hot Materials
Package arrived this week and the Seller included this.....

Nice mailday Benn! The fact that you sniped Barrie out of a Rob Blake card probably means you spent $10,000,000 to get it cause I don't think B loses that often

That Luc Robitaille jersey is an absolute beaut, as is the Rogie, one of which I had at one point, but gave up in a search for more Cammi cards

No worries, I got one, kind of funny because, like Matt said, I never really lose out on Blake cards. I guess this time it was meant to be, I went cheap and you got the card!

Love the Rogie, good of Bruce to hook it up. He must have about 40 of them Vachon's!

And, as usual, the Sully's are beauties. Good to see the PC going strong. GO KINGS!

That Robitaille 500 club GJ is quite a sweet gesture, considering the difficulty in acquiring them from the Ovation brand, which wasn't cracked that much (which explains some of the insane prices for the Standing O's /50).

Awesome haul, Lord Benn-y Hill.

That's a pretty good trade-off for a bunch of chocolate. Of course, Bruce is a great fellow, so it doesn't surprise be too much that the sent you such a nice compensation.

I wish all the eBay sellers were that great, lol. As Wes said, the Robitaille must be one of the toughest 500 Goal Scorer cards.

Sauli: Bruce is indeed a very generous fellow (especially considering his Scottish heritage ) I love the Robitaille, and like I said I was very shocked.

Some really nice O'Sully/Kings pick-ups, Benn. Also, some unbelievable extras for the mix up. I'm curious who the seller was, they must be a stand up character.

I like the Hometown Heroes, too. Can't wait to see the whole set. I think I have a Gabby from that set kickin' around here somewhere. Shoot me a PM with your addy if you need it, and I'll send it your way. Thanks for the show, bud!

Don't forget Dave Taylor homes...he's the guy that brought me to the Kings love-in show all those years ago as a tyke watching Kirk McLean stop pucks in Vancouver watching his first Kings game

I did finally pick up the two missing pieces of that Legendary Sigs set, and can't wait to reunite them with Taylor...hehe
