I remember a thread on here that spoke about the best type of marker to get autographs with? Can anyone share with me that thread or the name of that new marker. I don't think it was made by Sharpie..

I can't seem to find it..

Sharpie makes a silver marker that has more consistent flow than a paint pen and is not prone to the gobby leaks.

If just looking for a marker, I recommend Blue. Black fades and leaves a nasty yellow haze if proper UV protection is not used.

I am a huge IP Auto collector and hound all the Juniors here in Niagara.
Never use a Silver Sharpie as they fade and are very inconsistent.

For Pucks: DecoColor Paint Pens They are about $4 and can be had in like 20 colors at your local Michael's Crafts Store.

For Cards: Rub down the card with an eraser and then the best is a Staedtler Lumocolor Marker. Get them in Fine Point .6mm they are a 4 Pack of Black ones or 45 different colors for 8.76 at Staples: http://www.staples.ca/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?CatIds=&webid=13244&affixedcode=WW

For Photos: I prefer a Fine Blue Sharpie. Not as fine as the Lumocolors but just a Fine Point Blue Sharpie I think looks the best when signed on GLOSSY Photo Paper! Do not try Matte as it will smudge!

Hope this can help!
