This afternoon I was able to meet up with one of our members, blueknight91...as he was in the Houston area for work and wanted to meet up at my LCS.
We made an in-person deal for a few things, namely this Nuke and Modano:
Then I decided to bust a box of 2014/15 SP Authentic, as Greg had 2 boxes left. I pulled a Sam Reinhart FWA, which actually went towards the swap with blueknight (Gene)
The others I pulled in the box were Dennis Everberg and Adam Lowry. Those are available FT/FS if you need them.
We decided to split the last box 10-packs each. I pulled absolutely nothing...he pulled 4 Autos in his packs, which included the Teuvo Teravainen FWA redemption, so I was able to make yet another trade in order to acquire that for my set! He was nice enough to just purchase the box outright, as he got all of the ink, and we made some happy deals! So I walked out with a box that netted me the Teuvo!
We spoke for about 45 mins to an hour about a myriad of things and it was a great time. Gene, it was very nice meeting you and please hit me up next time you're in the area for work. That was awesome!
