Moncton awarded '09 World Men's Curling

I know that I'm excited...

According to the folk on over at tsn.ca

Moncton has been awarded the 2009 Ford World Men's Curling Championship.

The World Curling Federation announced on Tuesday that the New Brunswick city had been given the honour.

The 2009 Championship will take place from April 4 to 12 in the Moncton Coliseum.

Actually, I watched some curling during the Olympics. Must be like hockey. You have to see it in person to really appreciate it.
