Money in russia

Our local newspaper had small article about team budgets in russia. Like i had said allready earlier there is tons of money in russia.

Biggest budget was AK Kazan Bars and their this season budged was 48 000 000? (around 63 000 000$) and i would say that is ALOT of money...

I think Ak Bars has a lot of money because the owner is one of the richest people in the world and he wants the team to win the championship for the city's anniversary celebration. Most other clubs are owned by either the Russian Army like CSKA, the miliczia (police) with Dynamo, or factories in the cities like Metallurg. I doubt those kind of teams have that much money to spend on hockey in these times
