This may seem like a silly question, when pricing parallels does the higher multiplier only get used on star players, and the lower multiplier on commons. This has come up while working a trade. Have not been told this
before and when it adds up to about $40 difference it makes a big difference.
Please advise.

From what I know, the high and low multiplier work the same regardless of player. The higher and lower multipliers do not depend on the player, as it is meant to be distributed among all. NOTE: The multiplier only works on the HI value of the card.

I. E. Card A's base is $5. The multiplier for the parallel is 1x - 2x base. The card is valued at $5 - $10.

However, sometimes a card valued at $40 can actually be a $50 card.

Hope this helps!!! ;)
