Hey guys just want some opinions from other collectors! Had a few potential trades recently on a few different sites where guys are using 2x multiplyers for 2 colour jersey cards. I always use 1.25x unless it's a nice piece, or has 3 colours! What do you think?

It really depends on the product that the card is from IE:
2002-03 Pacific Exclusive Jerseys have a 1.25 X
2003-04 Upper Deck SPx Hall Pass have a 1.5 X
2003-04 Pacific Private Stock Reserve Hobby Edition Jerseys have a 2.X
& then you have several products that don't have a "listed" multiplier for the GU card set @ all?! Multi-colour is considered as being more than 1 single solid colour swatch, 'cause you can get single colour patches &/or emblems.

Just my $0.02 worth.

I base it specifically on the card and set. The multiplier is a maximum, not the specific value. If it's got a 20/ 80 split, I'd look at 1.25, if it's 50/50, maybe 1.5 or if it's three colors, maybe up to 2x.

Since there are no 'hard and fast' rules however, different people are welcome to put their own values on their cards, but it doesn't mean I have to agree, or trade or buy at that value.

To me, sounds like you're reasonable, and your trade partners are going for the grand slam. :) Good luck.
