This weekend I finished a case break of 2022-23 O-Pee-Chee. While I did get it upon release I like the slow burn experience of opening a little at a time over a couple of months, so pardon the delay in sharing.
I was able to obtain one full base set and fell one card (545) short of a second. The base cards were collated nicely enough that I was also 11 cards shy of a third set, all high numbers. With 1 high numbered card per pack, that's 288 in a case, and ideally you'd finish 12 cards shy of a third set. (My 3rd box had an extra pack, as you'll see below, but it was a fourth #546)
As for the inserts, I kept a log of what I got per box. (Box 11 was pretty amazing.)

The Retros were collated perfectly. None of the 289 were duplicates. What was disappointing were the Premier inserts. I pulled 73 of those but 13 were duplicates, leaving me 40 short of a set. I also pulled 19 duplicates of the lower level playing cards while still missing 3. In a couple of instances, the duplicate playing cards were pulled within the same box. Not a big deal when opening a case, but if I were buying a box or two that would be disappointing.
The biggest disappointment was that one of the biggest hits of the box were the 3 Premier Rainbows, and two of them were Juraj Slafkovsky. And of the 21 Retro Black Borders, two of them were Kaprizov. At least they were big names, but I didn't get the collation with some of these smaller insert sets like I got with the base set or the retros. The Hunter Drew green rainbow had some chipping across the top, but everything else in the case was in good shape. The neon pink borders are neat, but I personally think they look too close to the red.
I pulled a 3D Marquee Rookie of Matty Beniers as the case hit. And sorry to disappoint, but I do plan on keeping it. The best or most interesting pulls are below.
