So I called 7 weeks ago to get information and possibly replacements on 2 cards. Name Kadri Panini Limited Phenoms silver spotlight rc auto /50 and Yvan Courneyor Gold Monikors auto /25. Neither were made and I asked for a replacement on the gold monikers but decided to wait on the Kadri. 7 weeks later still no cards. I call back today to see what's up and the CS rep says they were never sent out. No big deal mistakes happen. Turns out the gold monikers just came in. I was kinda pissed about that bc I'd rather take my shot at a replacement which I should've gotten in the first place but you can't cry over spilled milk. Now I ask for a replacement for the Kadri and ask that it at least be a rookie auto. The lady says "rookie"? Yea a rookie card. She says "I don't know what that means". Really? You're in customer service for a company that sells sports cards and you don't know what a rookie card is? I explain in to her and she says she will try her best. 10 minutes later I get a call back saying she found a replacement for me. A Dominion 500 goal benchmark of Joe Sakic. SWEET!!! I say awesome thank you I'll definitely take it. She then goes on to tell me it doesn't have an autograph on it. Oh boy. I politely say thanks but no thanks. She says that is the only card she has in the Kadris price range right now to be sent out. I find that VERY hard to believe the only replacement you have available right now is a Joe Sakic insert. Sorry for the rant. Anyone have any advice?
