So. As you can tell by my signature I collect Paul Bissonnette. (biznasty)
Not many people collect him, and there aren't many cards that Upperdeck or ITG has made. So what happens when you want something a little extra-ordinary
This. I sold some cards, and bought this beauty off of ebay.
A Paul Bissonnette game used stick! From the 09-10 season.
When I saw this on ebay, I knew I had to have it.
Now, some close ups.
Top of the stick tape
The best "Property of" I have ever seen.
Back of the blade, with many puck marks
Front of the blade, with an autograph from Paul
Close up of the auto.
and finally, the photomatch, or at least I think it is. Let me know if you agree.
(the tape matches, and the puck marks on the blade look very close)
There is wear and tear up and down the shaft of this stick. Looks like he used it for a while. It has a "hairline" fracture at the top, so I'm guessing why he stopped using it.
Its something, that if you asked me 2 years ago when I started collecting, I would say "no way" to me owning something like this.
Better than any "shield" card you could own.
There you go, the story of my now #1 cornerstone of my collection.
Comments are always appreciated
thanks!
