Hey guys just wanted to let you guys know about my situation with UD, as some of you may remember I had been waiting for replacements in a SP Auth hockey product for over a year and got basketball, anyhow my lastest kafuffle with UD is I bought 2 cases of SP authentic and got the exact same collation of Autos right from the singles SOTT to the two doubles, exact same. I emailed UD customer service and about two days later I got a email back from Carlin stating blah blah no guaranteed odds etc... He told me to send in the Proof of Purchase and a letter of explanation. Anyhow I threw out some of the names that had been having problems with UD I hope you guys don't mind. I used the vocal guys and he stated the fact that he knows of us and that we are good customers, not much else except that he is working to get good people in place for redemptions, QC, etc.. If anyone is interested in what I wrote or what Chris emailed back PM me and i'll send it to ya. I'm gonna send in my Proofs and see what they do for me, I'll keep you all updated.
