Hi everyone, wanted to post my latest non-sport pickups.
For the Inkworks X-Files IWTB set I was able to snag the remaining cards on my wantlist- pending receipt of one pieceworks card from Inkworks and some promo cards I now have the master set.
first up is the only auto that I didn't pull in my case:
next is the multi-case incentive pieceworks set:
finally is the Fox Mulder "Fur" variant of PW-1- actually the only variant that Inkworks officially recognizes for this set:
The Fur card is unbelievably thick- about the width of one of the dual shield cards from the Cup.
Also, I recently decided that I wanted to pick up female autographs from movie and TV sets not including Americana or Allen and Ginter but showing the actress in character. I've already got some from the list that I compiled such as Evangeline Lilly, Emilie De Ravin, and Maggie Grace from Lost, Gillian Anderson from X-Files, Hayden Panettierre from Heroes but there's about 25 or so more that I want to get. Some are going to be major expensive like Jessica Alba from Dark Angel, Angelina Jolie from Tomb Raider etc. but I have no real timetable. To that end the first couple came in this week:
Famke Janssen as Jean Grey
Cate Blanchett as Galadriel
stay tuned- next week should bring in at least two other fairly big ones from my list......and if you have any female autographs for trade or sale please let me know!
