So, my question is, "Why do they continue with there redemption program when it is so flawed?"
This is the letter from Upper Deck Customer Service I received two days ago.
I am sorry for your extended wait. You have 2 options I can work with
you on getting you a replacement or you can op to wait. In order to do
this we will need a list of 5 players/teams of comparable value per card
that needs to be replaced or some of your favorite teams/players that
you collect. Please email me back with this information and you will go
on my replacement list for the week. As always, you also have the option
of waiting for the player to sign and return the card. As a note, the
request with the list is sent to Carlsbad, CA , where they are the ones
who ultimately decide on the replacements. Therefore, it is not a
guarantee that the requested specific players will be sent out. Thank
you for your business.
