Quick story to start. Decided to go see the guys at DACW. I work close and stop in once and a while to say hello. I asked if they had any Triple Threads available but they hadn't scanned it into the system yet. Don said he'd be happy to do it, if I wanted it. I declined as I was just a bit curious and thought about buying from my dealer at the warehouse. As I was leaving I changed my mind for some unknown reason and Don sold it to me. Here are the results of my box.
Base were all given away.
GU was
Eagles, McNabb/McCoy/Maclin GU 21/25
and my auto hit.....
3 seat relics from Cleveland Municipal Stadium where the Packers won 49-17 on 10/15/1961
Needless to say I'm beyond pleased.
Couple that with the fact that the last box I bought of Threads contained the Forte/Smith/Slaton 1/1 Triple GU Auto white whale, and you can believe I'll be buying more of this product!
