If anyone else does any through the mail autographs I will add that the percentages of Success have dropped year by year. On January 28th 2025 I sent out a total of 40 autograph requests. I currently am only collecting the women in hockey autographs. The 40 I sent out were to the professional women's hockey league and the cards I used were the 1st edition 2024-25 Upper Deck PWHL. Since they went out, I got back just one so far. It is fun when you get a lot of the cards back signed but, what is not fun is when you spend good $$ on a card and you never get the card back signed or unsigned. I have been asked why would you send an expensive card then and my answer is it is the only card that player has. I only collect the players auto on a trading card not a photo as they are too big and bulky.
Here are some of my recent through the mail successes and ebay pickups.
The players are Tereza Vanisova of the Ottawa Charge, Monique Lamoureux of Team USA, Fiona Smith Team Canada, Rebecca Fahey Team Canada, Allie Thunstrom Minnesota Whitecaps PHF, Nancy Drolet Team Canada (Extremely Difficult Auto), Manon Rheaume and Jessica Campbell the NHL's First Women's Coach.
