Need a baseball fans opinion

I was at the Bossa show in Edmonton last weekend and got a deal on a box of Famous Fabrics. Just wondering if anyone can give me a ballpark value on the card I pulled, I pretty much collect hockey and have no idea when it comes to baseball values. Here's what I pulled:

It's #ed /9 so I know it's NPDS but any help at all would be great!! Thanks for your time!!

#7/9 has been on the Bay since August (if I am reading it correctly) with no takers at $100 or B.O.

My guess would be between $50 and $75 cash value.
