I know the one in the first scan in the middle is a 03-04 ITG Toronto Star card... They were released in packs in Toronto.

The nolan on the top right is from a deck of playing cards released in the early 90's. I used to have that exact deck and it was great in our poker games!! I dont know the exact year but its a cool collectable.

The 8 of <> is from a deck of cards.

As for the UD Collector's Choice cards.

The left one is the Gold Bonus card from a Gold Redeemed card/set! The right one is a part of the Normal Silver set!

hope this helps ya out!

The Team Out card was a game put out after the original one with green borders (I forget its name). I have a set of each of them somewhere. I also have a deck of cards like that Nolan. Funny, I never think about this stuff until now.

The cards you have listed there are:
1996-97 Team Out
2003-04 ITG Toronto Star
1995-96 NHL/NHLPA Playing Cards

As far as the Collector's Choice Crash the Game cards from 1995-96...
Cards that say Gold Set or Silver Set on the side are from the redemption set you won by sending in a winning card. Those cards have the lowest value of all the crash the games. The Gold and Silver Bonus cards say bonus on the side. These cards were sent along with the redemption set for a winning card. Instead of sending you another set of bonus cards, they simply sent you a bonus card of the player that you redeemed. The bonus cards are pretty tough to find for most players.

I remember the Team Out stuff. Interesting if badly designed game. An attempt to cash in on the 90's CCG craze.
