Need an answer please

I bought a box of cards from E-Bay 11 days ago. Paid by pay-pal the same day and I have received nothing yet. I emailed the person three days ago and no response. File a complaint with paypal, they will be able to get your money back.

I would wait a few more days before filing a complaint with paypal. The seller may have shipped via Media Mail which is a 10-day service, and plus it's the holiday season, and the post office is busy.

a month I believe , thats how long the guy will have to show proof that he mailed it or give your money back..if not they will take it directly out of his account.
