Need help from a US resident

Recently purchased a card from ebay. Seller never listed he only shipped to the US. I agreed to pay the high amount for shipping to Canada, but he couldn't figure out the invoice. I told him to relist with a BIN of the total we had, but instead he just relisted the item.

Could someone PM me and get the info? I'll paypal the winning bid as soon as it's over. Thanks in advance.
