Need help from Video Gamers

I have the guitar hero III guitar for Wii and I was wondering if I can play Rock Band using that guitar. SPecifically looking to play Rock Band 2 and the AC/DC pack as well as Track pack 1 and 2

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it doesn't. Originally, the Guitar Hero and Rock Band stuff was also incompatible with 360 and PS3 until the companies decided to have their instruments work on each others' games, and they were enabled by way of patch. Since there's no patching infrastructure from what I understand on the Wii systems, the companies are unable to release one for there, and as a result, you're out of luck.
