Need help/info on a football card.

Even if I don't collect Football at all, UD sent me a football card for my hockey replacement :|
I hope at least it's a good one. Can someone help me with the BV on this one:

don't know what you replaced, but that isn't too great. sell value I would say 5$. But, I like him as a player, and saints have good collectors.
