Need Help: Shipping from US to Hungary Rates

I am selling a card on eBay and got a message from a potential buyer asking how much shipping would be to Hungary.

I am so out of the loop when it comes to shipping cards outside of the states and am looking for some help.

Can anyone help me with general pricing to send one card via bubble mailer to Hungary?

I'm going to take a rough guestimate at about $15-$20 US in a bubble mailer, depending on the thickness of the card and how you package it.
