just got back from the post office to mail some cards.
the clerk told me that starting september 19 everything that is in bubble mailers that is not documents will be considered a package and will be charged acordingly.
she gave me an exemple i mailed a bubble mailer to the states with one card in it, now it cost me 1,70$ but starting sept 19 it will cost 5,60$.
anybody else heard about this?, this isnt good for ebay sellers in canada as well have to hike our shipping charges and thus sell our items for less
