So they recently rolled out a program they're claiming is better than the old global. Another shipping hub people in the US can send to. They opted me in already.
What's the experience like on the end of the people outside the US? how long does it take..is it any cheaper then global?

I remember how little people liked the global program lol

Not sure about this one, but the old was insanely expensive and not great. 1000% better to have cards shipped to Shipmycards instead and let them build up before shipping. 2 cents.

This is my experience as a buyer in Canada. I HATE this new international shipping even more than I hated the previous Global Shipping Program. Previously the costs of the GSP was high with the shipping costs and the duties and taxes. Now the shipping is still high, it takes longer, and I've been getting raked over the coals with the even higher duties, taxes, and processing charges that are now being collected by Canadian Customs (I just had to pay $50 customs and processing fee for a $100 card on top of the shipping costs). With the GSP, I had to really think twice about buying from US sellers who used it; now with the new international shipping, I am seriously considering stopping buying from US sellers on ebay entirely.

I been getting low end cards from the US to Canada with no tracking for like $3-5 US. Send a message to the seller. Most US sellers will work with you. They do not see $ over $5 I believe. The balance goes to eBay.

I live in Toronto so Buffalo NY is less than an hour from me (I drive FAST). I use Get It Shipped International and upgraded to a tax free account. I was shipping to a friend in the US who brings it for me when he comes up for Expo, but now I ship to a locker in Buffalo and my brother grabs it for me. Shipping to Buffalo from Vermont plus the $5 holding fee at the locker and duties at the border and I'm still WAAAYYYY ahead with the taxes saved on purchases from US sellers.

eBay can take its new International Shipping experience and its Global Shipping Program and cram it sideways, pull it out, sniff it and cram it again.

Same situation here, pay for a USPS postal just across the border from home AND there / back in less than ONE hour.
