Wow glad this thread popped up. I was ripped off by Ray on the beckett boards a couple months before I became a full member here. He tried to pawn me a fake Patrick Roy RC for a few nice SPA RC AUTO's. Well he guaranteed its authenticity and I went ahead and made the trade. I then traded the Patrick Roy RC towards a big PC card, and a couple months down the road ran into problems. The person I traded the Roy RC too sent the card to BGS and was told it was a fake. I contacted Ray on beckett and he gave me the run around and if it wasn't for a 3rd party(the one I traded too) Most likely I wouldn't have gotten my original cards back. Glad this guy is no longer running around here on HI, Nice work everyone.

I never made a deal with him, I just always had a bad feeling about him and never trusted him. He always expected a high end card in return for his bunch of lower end cards.

And his asking prices for his cards are outrageous.

I saw this listing yesterday (looks like it has since been pulled), and nearly gave my dog a heart attack with my outburst of laughter! :laugh::laugh:

It is indeed Ray. I too had always been leery of dealing with him over the years, but I did have a successful higher-end trade with him recently on another board.
 
I don't know if this guy's the leader or not. There was a Price SP Authentic Holo FX up that somebody had listed at full BV of $25. Somebody put in a best offer....of $26.00!!!
