That's probably the case. He has an ebay store. Yup, USD $4. BTW the card is an 03-04 BAP Ultimate Patrice bergeron Auto/Jersey 2/20 (white swatch).

If you think that's bad, I was charged $5 shipping for a Tootoo RC. Listing said $3 for US and int'l shipping "a bit more".
