Nice Prime Colors Patch Pull, Is this the Ruslan Salei Tribute

Opened a pack of Prime today at the LCS ( Helou's Sports card ) and was lucky enough to pull this Bobby Ryan Prime Colors Patch 1/2. I think it is a tribute patch worn by the Ducks to honour Ruslan Salei but I am not sure. Can anyone share some info on this patch. Thanks

Thanks for the info. I will say that while all three card companies have made some beautiful patch cards, I feel that Panini ( with the Prime brand ) has made some of the most stunning and desirable patch cards on the market. It has give the collector an opportunity to find out where exactly your patch comes from when cut from the main piece. Keep up the good work.
