Are we talking about a program separate from the now-discontinued in Canada eBay Bucks? Sounds like this is a PP thing. No extra $$ in my PP account, sadly.

so it wasnt from every money you spent, it had to be to specific merchants, i know i spent a lot on group breaks and boxes at cloutsnchara so thats probably where the money came from
