Hey everybody
I busted a box of 12-13 Artifacts at Breakaway Sports Cards back in early February when they first opened up. My hit of the box was a jersey-patch /75 of Taylor Hall. Unfortunately the back of the card was messed up pretty bad. I contacted UD about it, and they had me send it to them.
About two and a half months later I checked up with them to see if they had received the Hall yet. They said they had, and that they had shipped out a replacement package for me a while ago. I waited for another month and a bit before letting UD know that no cards had arrived from them. They had be fill out an affidavit, and not even 10 days later these arrived in the mail.
I'm extremely happy with Upper Deck, and with the replacements, they were definitely worth the wait.
