Nick Cousins Ice Patch Auto /10 - question re patch

Hi Folks,
Just wanted to get your opinion on this. I'm thinking about grabbing this Ice Patch Auto /10 from ebay, but the patch is pretty well identical to another copy that previously sold on comc (links to both below). Should I be concerned somehow, or is this completely legit and expected for multiple patch cards from a small print run?

I wouldn't be concerned. UD puts patches in upside down all the time...could just be the identical patch from another corner of the dot but inserted upside down.
