Registered Trader,
Spent some of the paypal I've received for my Spezza sales on cards from ebay lately. One of the sellers managed to leave out a dot on the symbolic "$10.00" value which made the customs change a $127 import fee on it :|. There was spacing between the numbers but I guess that wasn't enough.
I haven't figured out exactly what I want to collect yet but I guess it leans towards cards that looks appealing and has a decent player on it for now.
First off some inserts, pretty tough pull back in the days
Then some 04 Jersey autos
I know some player collectors that probably will end up getting their guy as these are pretty scarce and I'm not going to wait for a Gretzky just because it's close to set.
Have no idea why I ended up with these but love the picture of the autodraft.
Way off what I normally would pick up. Some cards have the effect on me that it makes all other cards look dull after you looked at it. Looks absolutely crazy in hand.
I remember checking out the preview of this product in the early 2000's. It's the first autographed Gretzky patch UD released in their standard products if I'm not mistaken. Regardless, a lot of nostalgia as this was one of the greatest cards possible back in the days.
That's all. I guess everything is available for the 90's cards I collect and I can look at Pettersson cards and cards in general that looks great with Forsberg, Bure, Gretzky, Ovechkin, Crosby etc.
I hope you all stay safe, healthy and take care of yourself and those around you.
